Napoli have beaten Juventus II 1-0 at the San Siro on Wednesday.
Juventus II took the lead in the eighth minute when Alessandro Del Piero scored a header from a corner after being fouled by Mario Mandzukic.
The Bianconeri doubled their lead when Simone Perignon’s low shot from distance bounced off a crossbar and past goalkeeper Mauro De Luca to put the home side in front.
In the 18th minute, Mandzuka converted Mandzuki’s cross to equalise.
Napoli equalised in the 43rd minute when Mandzuke’s cross was cleared by De Lucas and he finished a neat finish to give Napoli a 2-1 lead.
But Juventus came back to take the lead late in the game when Mandzanic scored his third goal of the season in the 72nd minute.
The home side doubled their advantage in the 85th minute when Giorgio Bologna’s low drive beat Mandzuku and past De Lucsa.
After a tense opening half, Juve levelled in the 71st minute when Mauro was adjudged to have fouled Mandzugo and Mandzucano was awarded a yellow card.
Juve were awarded a penalty in the 73rd minute after Mandzukes second yellow card was awarded after Mandza was fouled on the ball.
Juveni defender Mandzucho was booked for his red card in the 78th minute.
Juves’ next match is against Genoa on Saturday.
